We have them fill out our request form and depending on what they are asking for.  Usually, it's about appraisers License to see if the have any disciplinary actions, or work files if they do have a major case and that usually is Attorney.

The FCO (disciplinary action)  has no cost for that request an in-depth request then will require the redactions, and review can have cost per sheet and salary of the person doing all the work on the files.
