On November 2, 2026, you asked whether your internal search and explanation are sufficient to close my request of October 31, 2026.1 I accept your answer. The request is closed.
In the same letter you wrote: “The other reason we are not requesting these from the IT department is the fee the Board would need to pay for these records.” Would you be willing to tell me what it costs the Board to ask the Department of Administrative Services to run an email search?
I am asking because I want to understand what it takes for any public body in the state of Oregon to search its email in 2026.
