The Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB) has completed its review of your public records request dated October 31, 2026.

Using Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, OCB searched agency email and Microsoft Teams records for communications sent to or received from the Oregon State Police accounts identified in your request that contained the specified search terms within the requested date range.  Our search did not identify any responsive records.

Attached is the eDiscovery search information associated with your request.  In the interest of transparency, we are also providing a copy of the internal OCB email correspondence that facilitated and documented the search process.

OCB did not search for text messages or telephone activity because your request identifies only email addresses and does not provide telephone numbers associated with the Oregon State Police contacts identified in the request.  Without the applicable telephone numbers, we cannot currently conduct a targeted search for responsive text messages or telephone calls.  If you provide the relevant telephone number(s), we will review whether an additional search for responsive text messages and telephone activity is appropriate.  Please note that, due to system constraints, OCB cannot identify or include voicemail records.

Based on the search conducted to date, OCB has identified no responsive records.  There will be no fee for this request.
