We received your public records request and will respond within 5 business days. We are currently experiencing a higher-than-normal influx of public records requests and will let you know whether we are the custodian of records and if an estimated cost of providing the requested records is needed. If there is an estimated cost, most requests are provided within 10 business days of receiving payment. The Department will notify you if we anticipate longer timeframes. Because you have requested a fee waiver, the Department requests that you fill out the attached Fee Waiver Request Form and promptly send it back so that we may gather all necessary information to properly evaluate your request.  Once we receive your completed form and evaluated your request, we will notify you of our decision.  If the decision results in a partial waiver or a denial, a cost estimate for your request will also be provided.  All fee waiver requests are evaluated under DAS Policy No: 107-001-030 PO.
