To clarify, OED's IT department searched for and collected all emails and Teams messages sent to or received from Kyle Kennedy or OSPPIO (the "OSP accounts") between January 1, 2023, and October 29, 2026. That search found about 25 to 30 communications between OED inboxes and the OSP accounts.

I then reviewed those communications to determine whether any contained the five terms identified in your request. None of the emails or Teams messages contained any of those terms. As a result, OED does not have any records responsive to your request.
