“Run the search.”
He answers the agency’s October 28, 2026, request to confirm the search and writes, “Run the search.”
Public Records Officer,
On October 28, 2026, you asked me to confirm the search.1 It is the search in my request:2 emails sent to or received from kyle.kennedy@osp.oregon.gov or osppio@osp.oregon.gov that contain any of “threat assessment”, “situational awareness”, “welfare check”, “knock and talk”, or “grievance”, from January 1, 2023, to the date of search. The Attorney General’s manual for public bodies says of requests for clarification: “These provisions are intended to facilitate efficient business, not to justify delay.”3
Run the search. Follow the statute [ORS 192.329(1)].
Thank you for your public service.
