You wrote it in reply to my email of October 27, 2026, which carried my written request.2 You have my request. I am not going to submit it again. The Attorney General’s manual for public bodies says: “A public body’s legal obligation to respond to a public records request is triggered by receipt of a written request.”3 Your reply is the receipt.
Process my request as received on October 27, 2026. Follow the statute [ORS 192.324(1)].
