Publication of the October 1, 2026 Public Records Order, DOJ File No. 121010-GA0187-26
To the Office of the Attorney General, The Attorney General issued two orders on my petitions concerning the Office of the Governor, both under DOJ File No. 121010-GA0187-26. The order of September 24, 2026 appears in the public records order collection maintained through the State of Oregon Law Library. The order of October 1, 2026 does not. That order dismissed my petition challenging a fee waiver denial, citing ORS 192.427 and Public Records Order, Oct 2, 2014, Sebens. Please tell me why the October 1 order has not been published, and whether and when it will be. Also, the Sebens order no longer appears in the Law Library collection.
