Request for Facilitated Dispute Resolution: State of Oregon
Mr. Albert: For more than a year I have written to my government about its treatment toward me, and it has largely been silent, except when it sent police to my door to tell me I was not in trouble. And when I requested the public records to find out what was done with my letters, I was met with every plain act a government can engage in to prevent me from seeing those records. That is not how public records work, and I am asking you to do something about that.
