Specifics of search: In your request, you asked that we explain the search we conducted. We had our IT team search all OED email inboxes for the given date range (1/1/2023- 10/29/2026). This search included individual staff inboxes (like the account tied to each staff member) as well as all generic inboxes (like the one this message is coming from). They searched for all messages sent to, or received from, the two OSP emails listed in your request. The IT team also searched for Teams messages sent to or from the two email accounts listed in your request.

This search yielded about a dozen teams messages and about fifteen emails from staff members in the given time frame. However, none of them addressed  “threat assessment”, “situational awareness”, “welfare check”, “knock and talk”, “grievance”, or any other kind of substantive report to or from OSP.
